Today is my birthday.
Today I am 32.
Today I am healthy.
Today I have the most supportive and wonderful family and friends.
Today I have a job. 
Today I have a car that is all paid for.
Today I have a warm and cozy home.
Today my mom is coming to see me for the weekend.
Today is a gift.
Today I look forward to the future.
Today I am incredibly thankful.
