Buy Or DIY: The Adnet Mirror





I need one of these Gubi mirrors in my life! I know these mirrors have been around for a while, but I'm just now showing up to the party and I'm in love. It's a simple yet sophisticated accessory that makes a beautiful statement on it's own. No pictures or additional accessories are necessary.  Love that. However these are quite pricey (of course), so I can't help but to think a good DIY might be in order. Maybe this IKEA mirror, a couple of vintage or vintage-looking thick belts, a tube of good glue and a can of spray paint would work? Thoughts??

    Well, I'm the type to pay someone else to DIY something for me, haha!! So I say buy...you could have it today and no broken nails or ruined manicures!!!

    This is definitely a DIY project. I have it on my list to make but hadn't sourced a mirror yet. You're lead to the Ikea mirror is perfect. Thanks!

    I'm on board! I adore these mirrors too. I guess the issue would be finding belts that matched the mirror thickness...

    I agree, these are beautiful. You should absolutely try to DIY- what do you have to lose?! In fact, make one extra one for me... yeah? : )
